Program description
Jewful's SMS program sends messages related to invitations, RSVP updates, host and guest coordination, and security codes. Messages are sent under the Jewful brand. We may also offer a separate promotional SMS program, which requires separate consent.
Participation is available to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and have a supported mobile number.
Consent and enrollment
You may enroll by entering your mobile number and selecting an unchecked, program-specific consent checkbox during registration or in account settings. By opting in, you authorize Jewful to send text messages to the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or account creation. If you do not enroll, you may still use Jewful, but features that rely on SMS delivery will not be available. Consent to service messages is separate from consent to promotional messages, and you can change either choice in account settings.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity, events, and security requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Jewful does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, and other factors outside Jewful's control.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any Jewful text to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive one final confirmation message. You can also update your SMS choices in account settings. After opting out, you may enroll again through account settings or by following instructions in a future Jewful opt-in prompt.
Reply HELP for help or email info@jewful.com. Requests to stop promotional messages do not necessarily stop security or service messages for which you maintain a separate consent; you may opt out of each program separately.
Privacy and mobile information
Our Privacy Policy explains how Jewful collects, uses, and protects information. Jewful does not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose this information to providers that help deliver the SMS program, including messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and other vendors assisting with text-message delivery. Those providers may process the information only to provide services to Jewful or as required by law.
Changes to the program or terms
Jewful may change or discontinue an SMS program or update these terms. We will post updated terms here and revise the date above. Your continued participation after an update means the revised terms apply to future messages, subject to applicable law.
